I am self employed and have a complicated financial situation. Tammy could see the big picture and knew that I purposely wasn’t paying myself adequately but knew I was resourced enough to make the loan happen. She is very helpful with self employed successful business owners who don’t make a lot of money on paper. She was very helpful in gathering paperwork and tax returns and got this done. She was working late hours non stop to help this loan go through. She did the same for my cousin as well

Tammy and her team were very supportive and quickly addressed our questions. Since we were from out of state and doing this remotely, we were little nervous on the process, but Tammy made it easy and one of the most streamlined closures we've done. Even though I worked with more then one person everyone was on the same page. I used a VA loan and in the past have had trouble getting everything to close on time, but Tammy and her team made it happen within one month!
